This varies from person to person but I’ve seen about 50% of people have better sleep and energy in the first 2-4 weeks, and the other 50% see results around the 75-90 day mark. That makes a lot of sense to me because it takes 90 days for the body to regenerate new healthy cells and 6 weeks to 6 months to heal the gut. My advice is always to give it 3-6 months to see what it can really do for you.

Everything in Plexus is already in all of the foods you are currently eating, at least if you strive to eat whole foods. Unfortunately, our soils are depleted and our foods are picked before they are fully ripened so we do not get the nutrients and enzymes we should be getting . If the earth was still in its rich state then you wouldn't need supplementation the same way. Also our meat, poultry, and dairy comes to us with steroids and antibiotics, which we then take into our bodies. We also use antibiotics when we are sick, and medications to mitigate illness. It is most likely more die-off from the prebiotics in Slim. Think of it this way. When we fertilize and feed the good bacteria it’s a good thing but when this is happening we are crowding out the bad bacteria and “starving” them, so to speak. XOS is specifically targeting fertilizing the good strains of bacteria. Yay! But the other, harmful overabundance of bad bacteria isn’t happy. That means more of it is dying and it can add to those die-off symptoms. It’s something that will likely go away after this first month or two, maybe even just a week or two. Experiment with a different time of day and take it with food.

Slim (the pink drink) has alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and chromium in it (2 of the main ingredients). Both of these help balance blood sugar and they specifically help to improve insulin sensitivity. Headaches can be from a few things.

If you look at the ingredient list, it actually says in parentheses “source of ceramides.” Ceramides are plant-based. They come from sweet potatoes, rice bran and what’s crazy is they can come from wheat or can still be gluten free like ours! Some people that have celiac or a sensitivity to gluten may notice a stomach ache after beginning use and it’s actually from the maltodextrin. Those with celiac can have an intolerance or sensitivity to that. I have friends I can share testimonials from who have celiac and intolerances who use the collagen religiously and have seen improvements in their blood work and scopes!
